A vision taking shape
Skotfoss Brug is more than just a place, it’s a story that deserves a new chapter. The site has stood for generations as a symbol of industry, resilience, and craftsmanship. This we will now aim to carry forward.
Jeg har alltid trodd at steder former mennesker, like mye som mennesker former steder. Derfor ønsker vi å tenke utenfor den tradisjonelle tankegangen, om å bygge for å bygge – og i stedet skape grobunn for et samfunn som legger til rette for et rikere liv i nær tilknytting til naturen. Et sted hvor innovasjon og arv møtes, hvor ideer får gro fritt og hvor mennesker fra alle samfunnslag kan komme sammen for å skape noe magisk.
Skotfoss Brug vil være mer enn bare et hjem – det vil være et sted hvor man kan høre til, leve fullt ut og blomstre. Det er bakgrunnen i alt vi gjør. Fordi vi tror på det gode i mennesket, på muligheter og på kraften i en delt visjon.

Når jeg ser for meg det nye Skotfoss Brug, ser jeg en fremtid fylt med energi og lidenskap. Et sted hvor håndverk, innovasjon og fellesskap ikke bare sameksisterer – det blomstrer.

Since 2005, we have been committed to preserving the heritage of Skotfoss Brug while revitalizing it for the future. Through leasing out spaces, operating one of Norway’s largest antique stores and maintaining historic structures. With political approval from the municipality and strong collaboration with key stakeholders, we are now moving forward with the next phase.
Preservation & Restoration
In our efforts to preserve Skotfoss Brug, we have undertaken extensive clean-up initiatives and significant restoration. The buildings, which have withstood the test of time, have been carefully restored to maintain their unique character and cultural value. Each restoration step is taken with the utmost care to honor the past while ensuring the site thrives in the future. Our commitment to preservation and quality has allowed us to breathe new life into the space, transforming it into a thriving center that respects its roots.

With municipal planning approval secured, the path is now clear for the next phase of development. Over the years, we have also established solid partnerships to ensure that every phase of the project is supported by the right expertise and resources.
